Individual therapy sessions for adults provide a supportive space to explore challenges such as anxiety, stress, burnout, relationship difficulties, self-esteem, life transitions, and feeling stuck/seeking life direction. Sessions are collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your individual goals while helping you build practical tools and greater self-understanding.

Couples and relationship counselling offers a supportive space to understand the patterns that keep you feeling stuck. You might be having the same fight over and over, feeling lonely beside each other, recovering from a rupture, struggling with trust, or caught in a cycle where one person pushes for connection while the other shuts down.
My work with relationships is informed by Emotionally Focused Therapy, an attachment-based approach that helps partners move beneath surface arguments and understand the deeper emotions, fears, and needs driving the cycle. The goal is not to decide who is “right,” but to help each person feel more heard, understood, and emotionally safe.
I support couples and relationship partners of many kinds, including dating, married, queer, LGBTQIA2S+, and ethically non-monogamous relationships.

Many teens just need a person to trust (that isn’t their family), to work through their thoughts and feelings. Teen therapy provides a supportive and non-judgmental space for adolescents to explore emotions, identity, friendships, school stress, self-esteem, anxiety, family dynamics, and life transitions. Sessions focus on helping teens feel understood while building coping skills, confidence, emotional awareness, resilience and a sense of life direction.

Child therapy sessions are designed to help children better understand and express emotions, build confidence, strengthen coping skills, and navigate challenges at home, school, or socially. Sessions are developmentally appropriate, engaging, and often incorporate creativity, play, and collaboration with caregivers when helpful.
Having personal experience with a child battle anxiety, I deeply understand the feelings of worry and helplessness for parents and other caregivers. I know the challenge but I also know that with commitment, it can get easier.

It can be a very painful experience to feel misunderstood by your family. Family sessions support families in improving communication, strengthening connection, navigating conflict, and working through challenges together. Therapy focuses on understanding patterns within the family system and creating healthier ways of relating to one another in a safe and collaborative environment.

Parent support sessions provide a space for caregivers to explore parenting challenges, child behaviour, emotional regulation, family stress, and parent-child relationships. Sessions focus on building understanding, practical tools and strategies, confidence, and a parenting approach that aligns with your family’s values and needs.
